Hands down Best bbq in Montana !! Being from Texas, bbq is a regular craving! I’ve searched high and low for an authentic bbq restaurant within a reasonable drive from Bozeman, though have been disappointed from every joint in a 100 mile radius, that is until I found T-Rex , The brisket was Melt in your mouth tender with a smoke ring pit-master long for! The smoked chicken was an experience in itself, perfect smoke flavor and out of this world juicy. If you are looking for Real BBQ T-Rex is it!
